Its can be quite confusing these days with all the different types and names of yoga that are on offer, especially if you’re completely new.
So rather than define the style of yoga that I teach I’ll just say that I combine my influences of vinyasa, Iyengar and yin to guide my students through flowing sequences of movement that encourage the body to open up, the spine to be released and allows the shoulders to unhunch. You’ll definitely feel your energy pumping through your body.
Your mind will calm and focus as you build strength, flexibility and balance.
Most importantly you’ll enjoy the great feeling that yoga brings you.
