I offer private classes that are designed especially for you.
These sessions are ideal for those who may not have time to get to a studio or haven’t yet quite the confidence to join a group class. Perhaps you have a specific injury that needs to be taken into consideration. If you’re a total beginner just starting out or an experienced yogi looking to advance your practice; choose a private class at a day and time that fits your schedule.
Sessions are in your home or at the studio, it’s up to you.
